MARIA'S PUBLIC SCHOOL

Eenakshi Borthakur (Class 10), Ayushmita Das Choudhury (Class 11), Arisha Haque (Class 9), Meghna Sarma (Class 10) and Farhat Juman Laskar (10) completed the AFS Changemakers Workshop for Active Global Citizenship held on July 8 and 10, 2025.

The students were introduced to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the interconnectedness and how implementation of one leads to another in the workshop. The workshop had various learning outcomes such as increased self-awareness, enhanced communication skills, improved critical thinking, etc. It also expanded knowledge on global perspectives of the students.
