MARIA'S PUBLIC SCHOOL

Hiraeth 2022, the farewell ceremony for the the outgoing Class 12 was held on 26th March. The event was graced by the Founder and Managing Trustee, Mrs Nellie Ahmed, School Principal Mausumi Mahanta, Vice Principal Anjan Gogoi, Senior Secondary  Headmistress Mrs Madhabi Goswami and the teachers teaching in the senior secondary wing. The Managing Trustee in her speech urged the students always to remember the motto of the school, ‘Truth, Determination and Perseverance’ and to follow this in every step in their new journey. The Principal Mausumi Mahanta asked the outgoing students to build resilience, chalk out their plans for the future ahead and not to give up when faced with challenges. Most importantly she asked them to leave behind negative emotions and experiences if any, behind, and carry with them only the pleasant memories.

The batch of Class 12 students for the session 2022-23 staged a scintillating programme of song and dances that made everyone gyrate to the rhythm. The outgoing batch thoroughly enjoyed their last day of school life.
