MARIA'S PUBLIC SCHOOL

Gandharv Kashyap, Class 8 and Kaustav Bezbora, Class 6 of Maria’s Public School secured the third position in the Wild Wisdom Global Challenge (WWGC) India 2022 finals held on November 15, 2022.

 A total of 59 schools participated from North-East India where Maria’s Public School, Guwahati won the zonal round.

Wisdom Global Challenge is the biggest wildlife challenge across the globe. This year, the quiz became a huge success with participation of 25,000 students from India and participation of more than 80 countries globally. 

State Coordinator Mrs Archita Baruah Bhattacharyya, WWF India, Assam State Office and Sarah Hussain, senior teacher at Maria’s Public School were instrumental in encouraging the students to take up the challenge.
