Dr. Munindra Kumar Mazumdar, HOD Mathematics, MPS received yet another award, the Assam Down Town University Award of Excellence in School Teaching on December 25, 2024 while the Ramanujan Math Club conferred the other Award on him in Ahmedabad. He was given an amount of Rs 1 lakh as a token of appreciation with the Assam Down Town University Award. His wife Dr. Malaya Kalita Mazumdar received the Downtown University award on his behalf as he was away in Ahmedabad.
