Parismita Deka received First Prize in Solo Dance Competition while Nayadita Das secured First Prize in Solo Song Competition in the Purple Fair, Kamrup (M) 2025 on March 24, 2025 at Sarusajai Sports Complex, Guwahati. Purple Fair 2025 is a special initiative by Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Guwahati, under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India supported by Directorate of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of Assam, to celebrate and empower Divyangjan (Persons with Disabilities). A few students of MPS also put up a stall to showcase craft work made by them. The entire Marian fraternity feels proud of their students with incredible talents.
