Farewell is not merely about bidding adieu. It is also about the celebration of a tenure spent in meaningful enterprises that impact all involved.
It was that time in the Marian calendar on March 26, 2026, when eight teachers – four from Maria’s Public School and four from Maria Montessori House Children were accorded a gracious approbation on completion of their years of dedicated service to the institution.
The Founder and Managing Trustee, Mrs Nellie Ahmed, in the opening lines of her speech said, “Hearts get overwhelmed at times like this. It is never easy to say goodbye to those who have been an integral part of our school’s journey, contributing to strengthen the fabric of the school.” It is indeed never easy to say goodbye. Yet it’s done, with a promise to cherish the fond memories, honour the invaluable contributions and carry forward the legacy with deep gratitude.
