MARIA'S PUBLIC SCHOOL

The 56th Round Square International Conference (RSIC) 2024 was held in Colombia from 22nd to 28th September 2024, hosted by Colegio Anglo Colombiano, Colegio Gran Bretaña, Colegio Los Nogales, The English School, and Gimnasio Campestre. This significant event brought together 904 delegates from 28 countries, providing an enriching and transformative experience for all participants.

Our student delegates had the opportunity to participate in multiple Baraza groups, engaging in insightful discussions and interactive activities. Additionally, they experienced the warmth and hospitality of the people of Bogotá through local homestays, offering them a unique and immersive cultural experience.

With the theme “Blooming from the Past,” the conference emphasized personal growth, resilience, and cross-cultural connections. The challenges delegates faced, the diverse viewpoints they encountered, and the strong bonds they formed left a lasting impact on them. Beyond the structured activities, the enduring memories are of the individuals they met—their stories, traditions, and dreams. These genuine, cross-border connections are the true legacy of the conference, highlighting the power of unity in diversity.
