MARIA'S PUBLIC SCHOOL

Principal Mausumi Mahanta received the coveted award, “Excellence in Holistic and Future Ready Education” on behalf of Maria’s Public School from the Byatikram Group in association with The Times of India at their Education Conclave held in NEDFi.

Ms Mahanta also participated in the Panel Discussion: ‘Al Skills and Future Careers’. Along with panelists from the IT Department of Cotton University, Gauhati University and Downtown University, and Mr. K. K. Choudhury Former R.O. & Director CBSE. The panelists put forward the issues of perceived threats from the unprecedented rise in the use of Al, its shortcomings and emphasized how human intelligence can never be replicated. Most importantly the conversation was around using Al to augment creativity and innovation but not to become so completely dependent on Al that natural thinking skills are laid to rest.
