Heartiest congratulations to Mrs Chayanika Kalita, a senior faculty in the Department of Science, Maria’s Public School on receiving the ‘Sahodaya Sikshak Samman – 2025’, Guwahati Chapter. The Award Ceremony, ‘Sikshak Samman Samaroh – 2025, Celebrating Excellence in Education’ was held at Delhi Public School, Guwahati on September 6, 2025.

Worth mentioning, Mrs Chayanika Kalita, MSc (Botany), MEd has been dedicatedly felicitating the students at Maria’s for twenty one years. She has been instrumental in guiding students on nationally recognized projects.

Principal Mrs Mausumi Mahanta, who is the Vice President of the CBSE Sahodaya Complex was also present in the meeting.

The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mrs Dipika Choudhury, AES- Deputy Director Secondary Education, Govt of Assam and Inspector of Schools, DEEO and District Mission Coordinator, Kamrup Metro.
